Welcome to RBXFast. If you continue to browse and use this website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions, which together with our Privacy Policy govern RBXFast's relationship with you in relation to this website. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our website.

The terms "RBXFast", "us", "we", or "our" refer to RBXFast. The term "you" refers to the user or viewer of our website.

Introduction

By visiting, accessing, and/or using any part of RBXFast, you certify to us that:

  1. You are at least 13 years of age (or the legal minimum in your country).
  2. You have the legal capacity to enter into and agree to these Terms of Service.

By accessing our services on this site, you are agreeing to the Terms of Service laid out here. You also agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and you are responsible for compliance with any local laws. This site is protected by applicable copyright law. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, without reason, at any time.

2. Prohibited Uses

This site may not be used for unlawful purposes. You may not:

  • Use any VPN, proxy, VPS, or emulator software to access the platform or complete offers.
  • Create or use multiple accounts.
  • Complete offers on another user's account, or let someone else complete offers on yours.
  • Provide false or misleading information on any offer, survey, or task.
  • Attempt to exploit glitches, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the platform.

3. Restricted Access

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the legal minimum in your country) to use our services.

4. Account Bans

We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently ban users at any time. Any activity we deem suspicious or potentially fraudulent would warrant an account freeze.

A few examples of what would warrant an account ban or freeze:

  • Using multiple accounts.
  • Receiving offer chargebacks.
  • Completing offers on another user's account.
  • Using any type of VPN, VPS, or emulator software.
  • Referral abuse, including fake referrals or using multiple accounts to farm referral bonuses.
  • Fraud or suspected fraud of any kind, including credit card fraud, or any other similar activity.
  • Complete many difficult-to-complete offers in a short space of time.
  • Complete suspicious offers which have a high rate of chargeback.

This is not an exhaustive list — there are other reasons an account may be banned or frozen, including activity we consider suspicious or that is flagged by our detection systems.

A ban results in the forfeiture of all points, pending rewards, referral earnings, and leaderboard prizes on the account, with no compensation, while a freeze holds these till the investigation is complete, to then decide if the account should be banned as well.

5. Offer Holds

We reserve the right to temporarily hold offer credits at any time, for example while a completion is being verified, suspicion or any detection by our systems, and any other reason. We reserve the right to hold these credits for up to 120 days after offer completion. Held points may be released early at our discretion.

6. Points

All "currency" values on this site are represented by points. Points do not represent any real-life monetary value, are non-transferable, and can only be used in exchange for the rewards on our Cashout page. Redemption is subject to verification and our approval.

7. Referrals & Affiliates

Our affiliate program lets you earn a commission from offers completed by users you refer. You are responsible for the conduct of users you refer — if a referred user engages in fraud, chargebacks, or repeated violations, we may withhold or remove the related referral earnings, or close your affiliate access entirely. If you, the affiliate, commit referral fraud yourself — such as using multiple accounts to refer yourself — you and any other accounts will be banned.

8. Leaderboards & Contests

We may run leaderboards, races, or other prize events from time to time. Eligibility and prize distribution are decided solely by us, and a leaderboard position or prize can be revoked at any time — even after it's been announced or awarded — if we believe it involved fraud, abuse, manipulation of stats, or anything in between.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to change, modify, or replace any part of these Terms of Service from time to time. All modifications are in force and enforceable immediately upon posting. The updated version supersedes any prior versions immediately upon posting, and continued use of the site constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
